With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the Indian stock market, Parveen K Sharma brings expertise in fundamental stock analysis. Graduating in commerce in 1991, he began his journey at the Ludhiana Stock Exchange as an authorised representative, actively trading stocks on the exchange floor. During this time, he mastered the art of fundamental analysis, which has since been his guiding principle in identifying high-potential stocks.
Having witnessed major market crises like the 1992 crash, the 2000 dot-com bubble, the 2008 financial meltdown, and the 2020 COVID market crash, Mr. Sharma has gained invaluable insights into handling market volatility. His extensive experience has taught him that investing in quality stocks with solid fundamentals is the key to long-term success. Mr. Sharma strongly believes in diversification and frequently advises: "Don’t put all your eggs in one basket." Instead of risking capital on just 1 or 2 stocks, he advocates spreading investments across multiple strong companies to reduce risk.
Unlike many, Mr. Sharma firmly discourages speculative activities like futures, options, or excessive leverage.
